GFM16_30LogoAs I prepare and plan the 2016 season, I’m constantly reminding myself what a special upcoming season this is. Since 1986, the Gresham Farmers’ Market has been in operations for 30 years in the local Gresham area. It is absolutely surreal. Growing up in East County, the market has always been one of our finest gems when I was a kid and now as an adult, I‘m part of this historic season!

The market is the oldest market in the State of Oregon and was the first ever operating farmers market in the local area, established in 1986. Read about our history here!

This season, the market will be located at it’s tradmark location at Miller Avenue between 2nd & 3rd Streets in the heart of Historic Downtown Gresham. Every Saturday from the first weekend in May through the last weekend of October. Hours of operations are from 8:30am to 2:00pm. rain or shine. Directions here.

We are currently accepting applications to join and become a vendor at the market.
The online application is available at: . Apply to: Gresham Farmers Market “The Original”. Non-profit organizations may join and participate at the market at no charge to give free information about your organization. Please read online all requirements to participate as a vendor.

It is a privilege as the farmers market to serve our local Gresham residents and community by providing local farm fresh produce, hand-crafted food products and local artistry. Our vendors are as local as Corbett, Boring, Sandy, Portland and some come from as far away as Hoodriver, Yakima, Canby, Mulino, Woodburn and Junction City every Saturday for the 6 month season to our Historic Dowtown.

Let’s celebrate, together as a community, this wonderful occasion of our market’s 30th Anniversary!

Like us on Facebook to keep up with the current events and happenings at the market here! Looking forward to seeing everyone this celebratory season at the farmers market!
